What DAMOS files are

Without a DAMOS file, the ECU file looks like a set of hexadecimal data with no structure. Identifying injection, ignition or boost pressure maps takes hours of manual analysis.
DAMOS (or A2L) files are descriptive databases that let you correctly read and interpret the engine control unit's parameters. Each ECU map is defined with names, axes, conversion factors and technical descriptions.
Thanks to DAMOS, chiptuning work becomes faster, more precise and safer, enabling professional work on engine performance and ECU management.
